To compile a full list of affected properties and urge the city to fix drainage issues, please report any flooding impacts to the neighborhood association by emailing mr_benavides@hotmail.com. FRNA will changing its financial reporting year from a calendar year ( January through December) to a fiscal year from October 1 through September 30.
