On Thursday, June 12, 2025, our neighborhood received about 7 inches of rain in the early morning, causing flooding for several residents. To compile a full list of affected properties and urge the city to fix drainage issues, please report any flooding impacts to the neighborhood association by emailing mr_benavides@hotmail.com.
