From Our Outgoing President

First of all, I wish to thank all those that have served on the FRNA board over the past 12 years, during the time that I have served as your FRNA President. We have had a lot of Fox Run Community volunteers that have added to our truly great jewel of a community in the San Antonio area.

During our last Board Meeting, I announced that I would be stepping down as President and the Board nominated and approved Albán Benavides of Fox Creek as our new FRNA President. Albán is a retired school administrator of 30 years and brings a myriad leadership skills to support our community needs and concerns.

A special thanks to Stephen McFarland, who will also be stepping down as 1 st VP Neighborhood COP and Security. Stephen has kept me straight and focused on many community matters. Over the past 12 years Stephen has served Fox Run well in our overall focus on maintaining a safe and secure community. I truly thank Stephen for his effort and our friendship in serving the Fox Run community. Both Stephen and I will remain on the Board in an advisory capacity as “At Large” members of the Board.

Thanks to all Fox Run residents who have dedicated themselves to making Fox Run a special place in the greater San Antonio Community.

Ken Weber, Immediate Past President, FRNA
